Tonkatsu – Deep Fried Pork Cutlet

One of my favourite dishes growing up as a kid.  Even better served over Japanese curry don.

Pork Loin or Boneless Chop

Flour

Egg/Milk wash

Panko

Salt to taste

(*I like to add garlic powder, pepper, onion powder and a little parsley powder to season the meat.)

After seasoning, dredge in flour.
